Babysense Connect Usage Tips
I have a spring base crib/cot, will that work?
The sensor pads require a hard/rigid surface to ensure proper contact with the mattress to detect all micro-movements. If your crib/cot has a soft or spring base, simply place a wooden board (plywood) under the sensor pads and push the mattress down firmly.
What mattress can I use?
Babysense Connect will work with most standard baby mattresses; the only exclusion is a memory foam mattress.
Is anything connected to my baby?
Babysense Connect is entirely contactless and is placed under the mattress, eliminating the need for wearables, and allowing your baby to sleep comfortably.
Can both parents connect to the Babysense Connect App?
Yes, both parents can dowloand the app and connect to the Babysense Connect device at the same time.
How do I know my Babysense Connect Monitor and the App are working optimally?
You will complete a daily environmental test to ensure optimal performance of the monitor. The App will alert you when completing this test if any environmental factors need to be removed or changed and whether the monitor itself requires attention.
